Hello everyone! Welcome to Notthe2eats LLC, I am Chef Sosa. First things first, you might be wondering what the name of the company actually means… unfortunately though, its something you just won’t know unless you try the food.

Little background, this is a Black-Owned business operating out of Prince Georges County Maryland. I am a proud graduate of the illustrious Virginia State University & fun fact, I also love to skate.

For me, cooking was a hobby before it became my job. Starting off working in various restaurants I developed a natural feel for the customer service and food industry and decided to pursue it as my full time career.

In my opinion, food is one of those things that brings everyone together. It’s the common denominator in all living things. My mission is to provide some excitement to that common denominator. I’m never afraid to try new things, who says you can’t put 1 and 2 together. The way I see it, how else are you supposed to get three? I take that same analogy and apply it to every recipe that sparks in my mind. Now don’t get me wrong, it has been plenty of trial and error but in the end it always ends up being the one… not the two!
